Stage 1 - Totally FREE Evaluation - Click Here
Discovery Session: No payment is necessary during Stage 1 - Discovery Session.  Receive a Free initial phone consultation (approx. ½ hour).  Glenda will discuss your unique situation  with you. If you and Glenda decide this is a ‘match’, for working together, then proceed to Stage 2.

Stage 2
Full consultation and first assessment session (approximately 1 – 1½ hours).  Your exact situation, patterns, habits and background relevant to your sleep history will be discussed.  Glenda will discuss/answer any questions you have. Sleep goals and your Personal Action Plan will be established.  The e-book, The Spirit of Sleep, will be made available to you at this time.

Stage 3
Check in throughout the coming week via phone and/or email.  Your personalized EFT sessions will be scheduled. Receive 'Raindrops Relaxation' .

Stage 4
Second interactive guidance session (approximately 45 - 60 min.).  Based on Week One action steps and your feedback, specific techniques will be further suggested to facilitate changing negative sleep habits.

Stage 5
Third guidance session (approximately 45 - 60 min.).  Discussion and expansion of the direction as needed.  Your participation and commitment to change is essential.
